2016년 3월 15일 이후부터 비자 면제 국가의 외국인이 캐나다를 방문하는 경우
출국전에 ETA 전자여행허가를 받아야 합니다.
2016년 9월 29일까지 한시적으로 적용되는 유예기간이 종료되고
9월 30일부터는 캐나다 방문 시 반드시 ETA 전자여행허가를 받아서 입국해야 합니다.
2015년 8월 1일 이후에 학생비자 및 취업비자를 받은 외국인은 자동적으로 ETA 전자여행허가가 발급되어 있으니 학생비자와 취업비자만 휴대하여 입국하면 됩니다.

Hello, This is a reminder that as of March 15, 2016, visa-exempt foreign nationals have needed an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to Canada. The leniency period that has allowed travellers to board their flight without an eTA over the summer ends on September 29, 2016. If you received your study or work permit on or before July 31, 2015, you will need to apply for an eTA if you wish to enter or return to Canada by air. If you received your study or work permit on or after August 1, 2015, you were automatically issued an eTA with your study or work permit. No further action is required; however, please ensure that you travel to Canada using the same passport you used to apply for your study or work permit.
